 Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location:

UAE: 2 to 5 business days

GCC Countries: 5 to 10 business days

International: 7 to 14 business days

Delays may occur during holidays, sales periods, or due to customs in your country.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order ships.


 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We sometimes offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to follow us for updates.


 International Orders

We ship worldwide. Please be aware that your local customs office may charge taxes, duties, or handling fees — these are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.


 Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at CozyOrbits.Support. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


 Address Accuracy

Make sure your shipping address is correct when checking out. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Sale items, custom pieces, and gift cards are non-refundable

To start a return, email us at CozyOrbits.Support with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.


 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
